Site visit assessing:

• machinery access

• suitable swimming pool design and size

• potential protection works to existing and neighbouring properties

• assessment of potential future barrier compliance requirements in accordance with AS1926.1 and siting and planning regulations

The swimming pool construction process consists of:

• Site set-out

• Excavation and spoil removal

• Protection of excavation (Temp fencing)

• Pre-Plumb, crushed rock and steel fixing

• Shot-crete spray, cut and trowel of pool shell

• Construction of swimming pool barrier, landscaping and installation of pool equipment

• Tile, pebblecrete, Quartz or other selected internal pool finish

• Filling of swimming pool with water

• Water chemistry and handover
   

​Total process takes 6 - 8 weeks dependent on size, finishes, site restrictions and council appprovals

An initial schematic design process is undertaken to narrow down the clients ideal design based on budget and site functionality.
Once a design has been decided, a basic 3D model may be created to give the client a better idea of their completed swimming pool.
Following final design, all required engineering, reports, planning permits, and building permits are obtained in preparation for construction.
